- Scheduling and Keeping Your
Appointments
- To schedule an appointment with our
office, please call us
- at: 336-983-5095 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday, or click here.
- Our practice operates by appointment
only. Therefore, once
you are on our schedule, it is only fair to us
- (and to other patients who may need to
see us as early as possible) that you keep your appointment.

Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments and
by
arriving at least fifteen minutes before your appointed time.
- We will make every effort to remind you
of your appointment by mail and/or calling prior to the date. However,
arriving at the scheduled time is your responsibility.

New Appointment Reminder System
In an effort to further improve our
services, we are happy to inform you that we are now using
a new appointment reminder system. This system, called "Housecalls", will
call you to confirm
your
upcoming appointment.
"Housecalls" will phone you at home a few
days before your scheduled
visit to confirm the day,
date and time of your next appointment. It will prompt you to confirm
appointment by pressing "1" on your telephone keypad.
You will also have the option of leaving a
message if you need to do so.
However, you will be asked to call us the next day to reschedule
your appointments.
If you are not available to take the call, the system will
leave a message on your answering machine.

new method of confirming your appointments,
please feel free to ask.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to us, we ask that all
cancellations be made at least forty-eight hours in advance.
|
Unless canceled at least 24 hours in
advance, our policy is to charge for missed appointments
at the rate of $100.00/hour schedule. |
IMPORTANT: At this time, we do not
accept cancellations via e-mail.
To cancel an appointment, please call our office during business hours.
We appreciate your co-operation.
